How to Reset Your Password

  1. Guidance on how to regain access to your account

    To reset your password or unlock your account, please follow these quick steps to regain access.

    For TPG Global platforms:

    1. Go to the password reset page [here](insert TPG Global password reset link).
    2. Enter your email address and click submit.

    3. You will receive an email from info.tpg@tpglobals.com which contains a link to reset your password.
    4. Open the link and follow the instructions to set up a new password.
    5. Once reset, log in as usual. If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with our support team.

    2. Enter your case-sensitive username;

    3. You will receive an email with a temporary password (please check your junk/spam folders);

    4. Go to the login page here;

    5. Enter your username and the temporary password;

    6. You will be asked to create a new password, and you will be able to log in once that is completed.
